Returns & Exchanges
Please be aware that we cannot provide a refund for change of mind so please choose carefully before making your purchase.
Leather is a natural product and at Graine we believe in conserving the environment and we use as much of the leather hide as possible in all our designs. This means you may find imperfections such as blemishes or scratches on some of our products. Please be aware that your item may change colour and texture over time, this is what adds beautiful characteristics to our products.
Each piece of leather our products are made from is different so no two items will be the same. That’s what makes our product so unique and we hope you enjoy this point of difference. All the points above are part of the natural product we use and we cannot accept returns for any of these issues.
We require proof of purchase for all exchanges. Items can only be exchanged within 30 days of purchase of goods being received. Items must not be worn or damaged and returned in their original condition and packaging.
For all exchanges where the product of higher value is being exchanged for a product of less value, we will issue a credit note to use online or in our Brunswick East store.
Return postage for exchanges to and from our warehouse will be at the expense of the customer so please contact us before you make your decision so we can assist in you making the best choice.
Graine cannot be responsible for any products loss or delays when being returned and we suggest using a shipping service such as Australia Post that provides a tracking number and insurance.

We will provide a refund of the purchase price in the event that goods are received faulty and they cannot be repaired or replaced in accordance with the Australian consumer law.
We will not accept faulty returns where the product has been mistreated or the product has been used for a long time and is a result of normal wear and tear.
All faulty returns must be authorised by Graine prior to being returned.
Please contact us email@example.com Proof of purchase must be supplied for all faulty claims. We will incur all reasonable shipping costs if the item is deemed to be faulty and we will advise the most appropriate method of returning the good.
Once the item is returned we will assess the goods to determine if they are faulty. If the item cannot be repaired we will send you a replacement in the same colour. If for any reason a product you have ordered is not available or out of stock, we will also refund you or offer you a store credit to the same value for of the faulty items.
Any refunds will be transferred back to the original payment method, e.g. your credit card or PayPal account or store credit.
