Returns

Please be aware that we cannot provide a refund for change of mind so please choose carefully before making your purchase.

We will however provide a refund of the purchase price in the event that goods are received faulty and they cannot be repaired or replaced.

Contact needs to be made before goods are returned. We require proof of purchase for all refunds.

Graine cannot be responsible for any products loss or delays when being returned and we suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.

All returns must be authorised by Graine prior to being returned. Please contact us info@graine.com.au

Exchanges

We require proof of purchase for all exchanges.

Items can only be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Items must not be worn or damaged. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

For all exchanges where the product of higher value is being exchanged for a product of less value, we will issue a credit note to use online or in our Brunswick East store.

For Change of mind exchanges the return postage to and from our warehouse will be at the expense of the customer so please contact us before you make your decision so we can assist in you making the best choice.
